The first step is an easy, no-commitment email. It starts the conversation so you can learn if we're a good fit for your mission goals. Just click here to get started.
2.
Discern your next steps.
If we move forward together, you will begin an assessment process. This will help you discern your call and gauge your overall health. Before you enter the field, we want to ensure that you are as emotionally, relationally, and spiritually healthy as possible, and to explore your cross-cultural awareness. Taking an inventory of your strengths and growth areas will be important in your development toward fulfilling your call. A holistic approach is taken in the assessment process so that you receive the best and most comprehensive preparation possible.

Immerse yourself in training.
After assessment, MRN will walk beside you in many areas of training, including theological, experiential, cultural, and strategical. An emphasis will be placed on disciple making. There are three phases of training:
* Candidate Phase: interactive learning and experience in the four areas above
* Resident Phase: apprentice learning on the field with coaching and mentoring
* Pre-Launch Phase: preparing to move cross-culturally with funding and a sending church
4.
Fulfill your missions calling!
You and your team will land in another country with skills, experience, and dependency on God to being effectively sharing the hope of Jesus with unreached people. Your sending church will oversee our work and provide encouragement and support. You will continue to have the MRN team alongside you as coaches and mentors, and as a larger initiative team working toward the same vision.
Where will you go?
We train mission workers for reaching the unreached people groups of the world. God has called us - and may be calling you - specifically into two areas where unreached people are concentrated:
BENGAL INITIATIVE
In the Bengal Initiative, we strive to step into the story God is revealing in His pursuit of more than two billion Hindu and Buddhist people. Historically there has been little response among these people groups. However, recent social and political events have caused major tectonic shifts that are tearing apart the fabric of societies, causing many to be dissatisfied with traditional belief systems. There are many who are seeking after God and new Kingdom opportunities never seen before. We seek to build partnerships with national leaders and work together to facilitate the growth of Gospel movements in this region of the world.
MEDITERRANEAN RIM INITIATIVE
The MedRim Initiative is both a collective vision and collaborative partnership. We endeavor to step into the story God is unfolding in His pursuit of the Muslim world around the Mediterranean Sea. There has been virtually no impact of the gospel among the Muslim people in this region for the last 1,400 years, but God is pursuing them through dreams, visions, and other disciples. The MedRim Initiative is a joint effort between churches, missionaries, and MRN working together to mobilize indigenously-led spiritual communities of Jesus followers in order to spread the gospel and transform cities.
